Concurrent Classes

Juniors and seniors planning to take a concurrent credit class through Fort Scott Community College (FSCC) must take and pass the COMPASS test before they will be allowed to enroll in the class.  An ACT test score of a 21 or higher in math and/or English can be used in place of the Compass test.  The test is given free of charge at the FSCC center (Paola Campus).

Classes currently available for college credit through PHS are:

• American Government (3 credit hours)
• College Algebra (3 credit hours)
• College Biology (5 credit hours)
• Psychology 2 (3 credit hours)
• Public Speaking (3 credit hours)

Fort Scott Community College Transcripts

FSCC Paola Campus will NOT be able to process transcript requests. You can request your FSCC transcript in one of two ways . . . by phone or in writing (FSCC prefers the request to be in writing).

If you would like to order it over the phone, you can do so by calling 1-800-874-3722 and ask for the Registrar's Office. (Phone orders can only be done if you are requesting a transcript to be sent directly to a college. If you need it for any other reason, you must request in writing)

• The cost is $5.00.
• Must use credit card to order transcript.
