ENROLLMENT - AUGUST 3, 2011
AT PAOLA HIGH SCHOOL
FOR ALL SCHOOLS - 7AM-7PM
USD 368 will have centralized enrollment at Paola High School on Wednesday, August 3, 2011. The hours will be 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. You do not need an appointment; come when it is convenient for you between those hours. If you went through Kindergarten round-up, we should have the enrollment form and you will just make corrections. If you returned your pre-enrollment packet for other grades, you will also just have to make corrections. Kindergarten students need to bring any immunization records and their official birth certificate if they did not have it at kindergarten round-up or you did not come to round-up.
