Welcome to Paola USD 368. The district is an integral part of a progressive community located twenty minutes south of the Kansas City suburban area. The district is home to over 2000 students housed within two elementary schools, a middle school, and a high school. Paola is a great place to live, where families, businesses, and the community collaborate with the schools to enhance the development of students. This is evident through the following vision, mission, and beliefs of the district:

Staff and students upholding these statements is verified through achievement. Standards of Excellence continue to be earned on the Kansas Assessments. Paola has recently had four Kansas Teacher of the Year finalists. Over $140,000 endowment and community scholarships are awarded yearly. Numerous academic and athletic awards are earned throughout each year.

The district staff will ensure success as the process continues for implementing National Common Core Reading and Math Standards, preparing students for career pathways, and integrating 21st century skills.
