Staff and students upholding these statements is verified through achievement.  Standards of Excellence continue to be earned on the Kansas Assessments.  Paola has recently had four Kansas Teacher of the Year finalists.  Over $140,000 endowment and community scholarships are awarded yearly.  Numerous academic and athletic awards are earned throughout each year.

The district staff will ensure success as the process continues for implementing National Common Core Reading and Math Standards, preparing students for career pathways and integrating 21st century skills.

GOAL 1:  Improve communication between community, staff, students, and parents through trust and district decision-making.

GOAL 2:  Increase middle and high school offerings encompassing career and technical education pathways.

GOAL 3:  Provide innovative teaching and learning through use of advanced technology.

GOAL 4:  Increase and maintain a graduation rate of 95%.
