President, Michelle Latto (michelle_latto@usd368.org)

Michelle graduated from The University of Central Missouri with a degree in Elementary Education. She and her family have lived in the Paola school district since 2007. Michelle volunteers for the TeamMates mentoring program, and she enjoys being involved in the schools and the Paola community. She represents USD #368 patrons who live in District #6.  Her term expires January 1, 2026 

Vice-President, Ms. Kristian Gerken (kristian_gerken@usd368.org)

Ms. Gerken represents USD #368 patrons in the at-large position.  Her term expires January 1, 2028.

Member, Kelly Franke (kelly_franke@usd368.org)

Ms. Franke is a graduate of Paola High School and Kansas State University.  She works as a paralegal in the Miami County Attorney's office.  She represents USD 368 patrons who live in District #4.  Her term expires January 1, 2026.

Member, Ms. Amanda Gerken (amanda_gerken@usd368.org)

Ms. Gerken is a Paola graduate, as well as a former educator at Cottonwood Elementary, teaching 1st, 2nd, and Special Education.  She represents the patrons who live in District #3.  Her term expires January 1, 2028.

Member, Scott Golubski (scott_golubski@usd368.org)

Mr. Golubski is a Paola High School graduate and is employed as an automation/instrument and controls technician.  He represents USD 368 patrons who live in District #2.  His term expires January 1, 2026.
