To request changes to your spring schedule, please complete the Schedule Change Form linked below.  PHS Counselors will be contacting students as needed when working on changes. I All schedule change requests must be submitted by 2 pm, Wednesday, January 6th.


PHS Schedule Change Request Form  This form can only be accessed through the student email account. Students must be signed in.
