Midwest Student Exchange Program (MSEP) & Participating Institutions
Through the MSEP, public and private institutions charge students a reduced tuition rate. This rate is usually in state tuition + 50% of the out of state tution rate. You must be enrolling as a non-resident student at a participating MSEP campus to receive the discount.
