Human Resources
Mission Statement
The Human Resource Department will serve as a strategic partner together with administration, faculty, and staff in supporting the mission of USD #368. The Human Resources Department will take a leadership role in providing services that support the district by promoting the concept that our employees are our most valuable resource and will be treated as such.
Our mission is to provide a full range of centralized, comprehensive human resource services for employees of the district and to assist the administrators in attracting and retaining qualified employees. The Human Resources staff will work with administrators and staff to ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws pertaining to personnel and affirmative action.
The Human Resource Department will administer employee benefits and educate employees on the benefits; including insurance benefits, family leave benefits, and workers compensation benefits while maintaining accurate and confidential records.
In all our interactions, we strive to recognize and support the rich diversity of staff, consumers, and community by being sensitive and culturally aware. We also strive to balance competence in the technical aspects of our work with sensitivity to the individual needs and situations of staff, keeping the bigger picture in mind as we administer the details.
